Most recently, Elegance LLC has completed projects in King of Prussia, Narbeth and Wynnewood. The King of Prussia project (in 2020) involved the complete refurbishment of a three bedroom, “side door” colonial including the overall upgrade of two bathrooms, three closets, and the refinishing of entire structure’s floor and wall surfaces, including the 1,200 sq. ft. basement. A two-bedroom, 9th story condominium was completely upgraded in Narbeth in late 2020. This project required the entire unit to be upgraded including all floor and living area floor, wall and ceiling treatments, the complete deconstruction and rebuilding of two bathrooms, including plumbing , tubs and shower bases and vanities having underhung basins with quartz countertops, the entire remodeling of the kitchen including cabinets with quartz countertops, new Samsung appliances with upgraded electrical outlets throughout. The unit’s new clothes washer and dryer were reconfigured to permit ease of operation, and the balcony’s walking surface was refinished for a more pleasant appearance.
During 2021, three (3) two bedroom/two bathroom condominium projects in Wynnewood were completed (at the Green Hill Condominiums). Each of these units underwent a complete “floor to ceiling” upgrade together with its electrical service panel upgrade-replacement. Each unit was outfitted with new hardwood floors, new kitchens and fully upgraded bathrooms with marble-tiled shower surrounds with custom decorator panels and custom shower doors. Each unit’s balcony walking area was finished with “wood-look” weather resistant ceramic tiles, for the finished appearance of elegant living.
Elegance LLC’s kitchens are designed to provide the client with a functionally satisfying, “step-saving” place to prepare a full-course dinner or heat up a quick snack. Premium materials are used throughout for cabinets, countertops & plumbing. Unit “shutoffs” are installed to facilitate independent changeout or repair. Additionally, the flooring is new and, with one ceramic tiled kitchen exception, is first quality waterproof, vinyl-clad wood flooring. All appliances are new* including the stove, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, etc.; and where Elegance decided that additional countertop receptacles, etc. were necessary, the unit electrical service and breaker panel were upgraded to satisfy the electrical code requirements.

The floors of the rooms and closets in each entire unit is replaced with first quality waterproof, vinyl- clad wood flooring. This permits easy (reduced) maintenance and easy cleanup when the inevitable “spills” take place. Further, all surfaces are cleaned and professionally prepared and, where applicable, painted. And for an aesthetically pleasing result, new baseboard is installed throughout.
