Elegance LLC is planning to add several new properties in this area through its existing property ownership. At least new, two complementary commercial properties are envisioned with each location’s upper floors occupied by a multi-bedroom luxury condominium, serviced by a dedicated, owner-operated elevator. This development project is currently planned to break ground in late 2022.
